Optimised packaging and container loading reduce damage risk, save space and cut waste. The crate is designed with the piece, not after it.
Tier 1 objects ship by courier from İzmir, 5–8 working days worldwide. Tier 2 and Tier 3 go crated by road, sea or air — quoted per destination. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP all available. Import duties and local delivery are the buyer's unless we quote DDP.
Catalogue pieces in stock colours: 14 days from delivery, unused, in original crate, return freight on the buyer. Made-to-order, custom colour, custom size and project orders are not returnable — this is why we send samples first.
Mild soap, water, soft cloth. No solvents, no abrasive pads, no pressure washers on gloss. Gloss surfaces accept automotive polish once a season; matte and stone finishes should only be wiped. Outdoors, rinse salt and pool chemicals off after exposure.
Two years against delamination, structural failure and gelcoat defects under normal use, five years on project installations with our own fixings. Colour change from prolonged direct sun is normal on deep pigments and is not a defect.
We keep the name, email and project details you send us, for as long as the enquiry is live plus three years. We do not sell data. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR you can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at any time: info@kolayfiber.com.
Two cookie groups: strictly necessary (session, language, currency, quote list) and anonymous analytics on which pieces get viewed. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. You can refuse analytics and the site works the same.
Every silhouette in this catalogue is developed in-house from our own studies. Moulds, drawings and 3D files remain KOLAYFIBER property. Custom forms developed with a client are not offered to others without written agreement.
Catalogue pieces in stock colours: 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order colour or size: 5–7 weeks. New mould development: 10–12 weeks to first piece. Project quantities are scheduled after deposit.
Yes. Any RAL or NCS reference can be matched on made-to-order pieces, and we send a chip for approval before production. Custom colour adds nothing to the price on Tier 2 and Tier 3; on Tier 1 objects it adds a small batch surcharge because we mix a full pot.
The laminate is specified by load path, not by a single thickness — seat areas and fixing points get more layers, plus steel or plywood inserts where anchors land. Our outdoor benches are installed in parks and beach clubs and carry a five-year warranty when we supply the fixings.
Foam cradles cut to the shell's own curve, edge protection on every radius, then a plywood crate sized to the piece. Photographs of the crated piece go out before dispatch. Breakage on crated Tier 2 and Tier 3 pieces has been under 1% of shipments.
Yes — studios, architects, hospitality buyers and dealers get tiered trade pricing after a short account approval. Trade accounts also get CAD, DWG, specification sheets and a free sample box.
That is a large part of what we do. Send a sketch, a 3D file or a reference and we come back with a mould plan, a first-piece date and a price that shows the tooling separately. Forms developed with you are not offered to anyone else.
UV-stable gelcoat holds its gloss for years in Mediterranean sun; expect a light haze after roughly five seasons, which a single machine polish removes. Deep pigments — Oxide Red, Deep Blue, Burgundy — shift slightly faster than pale colours.
There is no minimum on catalogue pieces. For a new mould we need enough units to justify the tooling — usually four or more of the same form, or a tooling fee if you want a one-off.
