Five colours, one relief
Relief No.1 started as a single pale panel. Splitting it into five pigmented modules meant five small moulds instead of one large one — cheaper tooling, a lighter carton, and an object the buyer can rearrange.

Why we redesigned a lounger around a container
The first Tide prototype was beautiful and shipped four to a container. Two weeks of nesting studies later it ships sixteen. Nothing about the silhouette changed except where the shell curls.
A 4.2 m front with no seam
Three shells, one steel core, and a parting line hidden inside a fold. Notes on how we planned the mould flanges so the reception desk reads as a single poured surface.
